I just used 2tsp of vanilla/caramel whey protein isolate as a creamer substitute in my coffee! Fuckin turned out great! Holy shit I'm a genius :laugh:

that actualy sounds likea great idea, i might try my vpx vanilla tomorow in my coffee. I generaly drink my coffee black with splenda but i might try this protien idea

and of course i know alot of people who bake with whey protein.

but i was always under the impression that once its heated you lose some of it
 
There's a good possibility that the protein used will become useless, but I'm just happy I could get away with different flavors and little to no carbs per teaspoon.
 
Another note... just tried it with some Dymatize, which isn't a pure isolate, and it clumped up. Tried it again with a different flavor of Muscle Gauge Nutrition's Isolate and it worked just fine. Maybe it has to be a pure isolate for it to mix properly.

yeah most whey blends that contain mostly concentrate always clump up
 
Dont heat the coffee with the protein, just mixed after the coffee is ready and it will be fine.
 
Is it proven that cooking/heating the protein will ruin it?

good question anyone know, i would just think to put the protien in an already hot cup of coffee and mix and drink

by the way i forgot to try this the last couple mornings,lol
