Well, I worked out arms yesterday and I had to limit myself because I didn't want to be dieing in pain from soreness today from not working out in so long. I had an extreme pump, from only a few sets of bis and tris. My body has definitley changed. When I was sick and not working out, I lost 15 pounds and my muscles were flat and skin was kind of loose. Well I looked at myself in the mirror today and I'm full again, my skin is tight and muscles are filling out to what they were a month ago. Also, I weighed myself yesterday and I'm 225 from 220 a week and a half ago. I'm sure that this isn't all muscle, but I know that I haven't gained any fat, as a matter of fact, my abs are showing more than ever, I can see a four pack, and can see the very bottom two, just can't get that fat off of the ones around my belly button, but it will come off soon.
