Well if chris is helping you then ur good hands and already a step ahead, as most guys get 20 different people telling them 20 different things to do for contest prep, so having just one guy you trust and who knows is shit puts you ahead of the game already.
I know my first show i had different people telling me different shit, and i decided to listen to one guy and thats what made the differnece for me!

I want you to take over my diet at 13 weeks. Having you in control over my diet will help me stay away from all the shit(mexican food). I want there to be no excuses when I step on stage. Just not lookn forward to eatn brocolli. Fckn shit is nasty, but I will do whatever it takes to be in the best condition possible. Honestly, I haven't eatn mexican food in quit awhile. Or I can write it up and do it for ya...So for the next month think about what you would like to do, also take notes on what works for ya and what doesnt. More info is better for me, or any trainer for that matter. I think you have a fast metabolism, so I know a carb cycling diet will work best...but no more mexican food for ya bro...lol !!!
