i would torque your torso alot more on your side chest to get more legs in the shot
Thanx for the tip bro. I'm totally green to posing so any advice I can get will def help. Been on my diet for only 4 days now. Already startn to look fuller and leaner. my metabalism is fckn insane. Thank god Chris has got me eatn alot of protien and carb cycling. Will post pics first of the week.

we got plenty of time to get your posing down. But it will take alot of work, to make it look good on stage. Practice, practice, and more practice. Starting at 10 weeks out, you should start practicing 15 mins everyday 5x a week. At 8 weeks out, bump it up to 20 mins 5 x a week. At 6 weeks out your upping that to 25 mins 5x a week. Then the final run at 4 weeks out, 30 mins a night, ED (if you can) Pose, and hold for a 5 count. Pose and hold of a 5 count. Practice mind to muscle control...its not fancy, or pretty. but getting the shots down first before making your own style is more improtant at this point.

for those who think that dosnt sound bad, trust me its a pain in the ass and harder then u think when ur first starting out with ur first show, I did this also and didnt realiae how taxing it was on the body
 
Seen Zeus this past saturday. I can tell he was leaner already, and looking fuller. Im going to see him later this week, and go over some diet stuff, and posing. But, in only one week, I can see he is following the diet.
 
Well, I'm two weeks into this diet and have went from 220 to 205. Really startn to notice how lean I'm gettn. Gonna meet Chris Sunday to take pics and go over posing. I really belive I'm gonna shock alot of people come show time.

Had a great led day. Chris got some pretty decent pics of me today. Was holding some water so don't look as ripped as I did Friday, but still looked pretty good for being 11 weeks out. Chris will post the pics later tonite.

Here are some pics my woman took for me today. I think these look way better. I do like the back shots I took yesterday, but the rest of them I look really flat. I think you'll agree the pics i had taken today show you all where I'm at way better. My current weight is 210 as of today. Saturday and sunday are my high carb days so I figured I would be a little heavier today.

the new pics you do look better, more filled out. But remember, it doesnt really even matter what you look like right now. Just wait, in 6-7 more weeks of dieting, you will look good no matter if your full, flat, ect, ect.

Well, dieting is goin better than planned. Seen Chris today and he was pretty impressed with what he saw. I'm leaning out but growing into this show. Legs are really startn to match up with my upper body. Can't belive how lean I'm gettn. Will post pics soon......
 
Dieting and trainning have been goin better than expected. I have really stuck to the diet that Chris made fro me and I am really startn to lean out. I also feel like I'm growing into this show though. Legs have come up way better than expected. abbs are really startn to come in. Gta meet up wit Chris this weekend and plan on taken pics. I do believe all of you will be impressed with the gains and leaness I have gotten the last three weeks. Not stage ready, but right track to really make some noise come November.....
 
I seen Zues, this past saturday. Im very impressed by how well he is following the diet. He really seems to be taking this very seriously. At first, I didnt know how good he would be at dieting for a show. Alot of people think once there abs are showing, that they are show ready. But, Zues knows, that he needs to be ripped to the bone, and dry as the Nevada desert on Nov. 12th. We have talked about this many times. He has the muscle mass, and he will be ripped and dry. He just needs to get the posing down. Once that is done, we have a guy who will do some serious damage. I have alot of faith in him, that he will do everything I say.
