This has always baffled me.
Basic role of a woman in sex: be a hole for insertion.

It's different for men. We have to be into it, or the little guy won't stand at attention. Yes, you can still pleasure a woman other ways, but for penetration, you need wood!

Not so for women. Again, they need only lay there and provide the rutting hole. Now, that isn't to say that sex isn't better when the woman is more active and into it - of course it is. But no matter how much a woman DOESN'T want to have sex... she can still just lay there, and be a warm, moist, tight hole for you to enjoy briefly and relieve your tension.

I'm guessing that in 14 months, you would have been happy even for a quick poke while she laid there like a dead fish.
To not allow her husband to do so...IMHO, is to show a total lack of caring, love, and consideration for you.
