currently right at 200 pounds, 15% body fat and 27yrs old. Looking to recomp, want to get body fat lower and boost some lean size.
My cycle looks like this:
EQ 200mgs 2x a week
deca 100mgs 2x a week
test cyp 300mgs a week total
tbol 25mgs a day
12 week cycle total.
I’m training five times a week and I do daily fasted cardio.
I’m keeping my calories right around 3100 per day do you think I should increase them a little bit?
