WTF??
1. Do these guys not train legs?! Squatting is not just something you do to lower yourself onto a toilet seat to shit!
2. We can tell you have Synthol in your biceps
3. You aren't show ready when you can see your abs
4. You spent how long dieting?! Spend an hour watching a DVD on how to pose for fucks sake!!
5. That's awesome that you train chest and biceps, but the rest of the body is going to be seen up there too, so give it a set or two.
6. Your trunks shouldn't draw more attention than your physique.
7. Lastly, if you are contemplating the "physique class", please save your money and my time. Painting yourself and putting a ton of hair gel after a set of pushups and curls does not mean you should enter a bodybuilding show. Board shorts belong on a surf board or a beach. Do you see any sand or a fucking ocean next to you?!
Sorry I'm cranky, but had to go support a friend doing figure who will get screwed out of a fair judging because she didn't cough up the cash to be on "Team Bodytech".

Physique class, yea I don't know the purpose to this I say they leave this shit for a photo shoot not a bodybuilding show. Hell the women figure class comes in bigger than most of those guys.

I had a buddy tell me he was doing the physique class and I almost smacked the shit out of him.
The main thing that you must have to do a physique class is bedhead.. 95% of the pic that I see of the guys that do the physique class they have bedhead.. lol:disgust:

Hahaha, you are so right. The guy who won the Flex Lewis Classic physique class last night looked like he put gel in his hair and just tried to get it to stick up in weird places.

My buddy did well in the physique and he's wanting to earn his pro card in that before going to bodybuilding, but I can't seem to talk him out of this bullshit

Well, for a body type like mine, the physique is probably a good place to start. My legs are always going to be behind the rest of me. I wouldn't have a chance in bodybuilding right now because my legs are so terrible. But, maybe bodies like mine could gain experience through physique until they were able to do bodybuilding.

Bro I will be up front with this, but in the end its your choice. Physique class? Your crazy right come on man its not real body building that class shouldn't exist. Your spot is doing novice for body building. This is what my suggestion is to you, pick a show a little over a year from now and start hammering down on your legs. I say train your legs twice a week for a couple of months to shock them, then just train hard till the day of the show. Cause normally there isn't going to be a guy in novice class that has legs but it does happen sometimes.

I'd have to say that I agree with Showtime on this. A lot of guys in the novice classes are behind in some areas and it's normally the legs. The legs are what really separates a lot of guys, so you'd be fine bro
