i had hard time lossing fat beffore , my physique was kinda like yours cenzo, i read :body opus, neanderthin(probably the best diet book i ewer read) and a few more,and learned that my body is not usto lot of carbs, iam from slovakia where i newer ate procesed carbs (fructose)like those that are stuffed in all american fast and ready to eat foods, remember fda is the biggest fraud, so i stuck to rice, potatoes and i could not for the life of me get a six pack, i grew up on meat and potatos and a lot of wegetables, and i myself was stuck on 200 pounds, so after reading those books and realized my body is sensitive to carbs i stick to low carb eating, and belive me you look bigger at 180 shreaded than 200 flat ,so for me Low Carb is the way to go
