I think Mike gets caught up in wanting to be liked.......believe me he is a great guy in person, he just gets caught up in too many situations sometimes.
I will tell you that I will use SPC in the offseason but I doubt he will let me go wild - I began at 268 in the winter and will end up at around 198. Before you guys tell me, yes I know its a lot of weight to drop, but I am accustomed to 60-70lb drops each season. It is very hard on the body, and as you get older your body does not want to cooperate as when you were younger. Anyway, I am coming 10 lbs less this season, but I look bigger so its ok- its all about the illusion in bodybuilding.
Yes, I am rambling but I am allowed

Sorry about that guys.. I do tend to get carried away at times... I formally apoligize to any and all parties I may of hurt or disappointed. I do know better and lost my head.
I think we all get carried away when we post at times. We all want to be liked for who we are or what we say. I was asked a while back when was the biggest transition in my training. I have to be honest there were several moments:
Meeting and training with Jeremy Freeman in 1990-1997
Jeremy Freeman introducing me to Phil in early 2000
Meeting and training with Phil along with his great advice.
Talking and chatting with Masters Champion Claude Groulx in 2005
Talking with Scott Mendelson in 2007
People who gave me great advice outside of the above mentioned people:
Nassar El Sonboty
Gary Strydom
Tom Platz
Jay Cutler
Gunther Schelierkamp
Mark Dugdale
