you might be better off just taking some zinc and iron supps. otherwise i would get hcgenerate or n2guard
n2guard will be better choice.......
you need to inject NAD first either IM or IV. then you take the supplements to keep the nad levels high. NAD is legit and everyone at the highest level is using it.
