This is how I feel when I fall into my "control" mode. It's a slippery slope, when I begin to feel not in control of things I start to try and control everything little thing in my life and it quickly snowballs into a frustrating existence. I have to remind myself that there're only a few basic things that I have control over. I know this even when I'm in this state and it still can be hard to snap out of it. I try and step back from it all and get a clear picture of what I can actually control or affect the outcome of. It's usually very little to nothing. For me it comes down to having the confidence to tolerate whatever might happen if I don't try to control everything. When I can do this I have more control by giving up control because ultimately ourselves is about all we really have control over. I hope you can find some balance bro! I know it can scary to let loose and give up "control"!
 
Dude, you posted this for help yet you have excluded your REAL issues. It takes a big man to post and ask for help. Ive come to know you over the last year and feel that a lot of this is work related and most important, Dude related. Your a very tough guy on the exterior but if I know you,, Your really soft hearted and easily upset. I have been on too many therapist couches over the years and went through several life expierences. Many of which Im not proud of. It takes a toll on a person's soul. Feel free to PM me or REALLY dump your issues here. A few guys on here are the real deal.

Thanks bro. It's been alot on my plate recently, but I'm slowly getting back on my feet. From what my therapist says and it sounds true is that I don't comprehend why people blatantly target and attack good people. I guess in today's society people are all to willing to sell their integrity to get ahead. I believe its the fundamental basis for the downfall of this country.... You know I had to fit some of the apocalyptic stuff in here!! It's shows I'm coming out of it!!
 
Dude, I've been praying for you. One thing that would be cool is if I knew your real name and Silk's real name. I feel like names help when I pray. If you feel comfortable with that you can post it here or PM me. If not, no worries, will keep praying how I have been. :)
 
My kids giggled when we added the dude and silk quads in their prayers for the past few nights.
 
What a great thread! It's so great to see members on here praying for each other. I know you have a stressful job, Dude. But, keep doing like the Hulkster told us growing up, keep taking your vitamins and saying your prayers!

Can I have your social security numbers, I find it helps when I pray to. maybe also your drivers license number, I really want GOD to hone in on you guys! lol
