Go with IronJ with his Letro, it's on target, you need to get that gyno fixed before you proceed with future PH or AAS, or it will continue to get worse and take longer to correct. Letro is the strongest AI, it will block 98% of Estrogen conversion in a man with a dose as low as 200mcg (0.20mg) at that dose it's also the most cost effective AI during a cycle, as it's a very low dose. But most go with Arimidex 0.5mg EOD, as it's not as strong and the side effects are less. Keep reading, research, research, research. Lots of guys here to help.

something for joints fish oil maybe creatine but seriously train light make sure you are warmed up loose. at first you probably wont notice the sides and think you can handle it but I promise this shit is no joke. remember taper up and down it gets your body used to it. many people just stop taking it once the knot is gone and end up getting letro rebound gyno

probably 3 or 4 more days at the dose u were at when it went away then taper back down the same way you went up

my friend at the gym had knots on and off like you for about a year and he only took it for 2 1/2 weeks. it went away in 10 days so his sex drive wasn't gone very long. that's why I suggest you try it at low dose instead of usual .5mg and up it everyday until 2.5mg

Alright good to know. About the sex drive. How long after will it come back? And why does it go away?

i guess one reason men need estrogen is to have sex. mine was pretty much shot for over 2 weeks. when i started tapering down it came back around a week after.

now i dont have to scream when my gf is on top and she pushes on my chest cuz my nipples aint sore

I use Exemestane now. I used to run nolvadex back in the day when that was about the only AI you could get. I see that lots of people prefer the Letrozole. I am going to have to try it. I am very lucky in that the closest I have ever come to getting gyno is itchy nips.
