ordered some conversion kits from researchkits, never have got the order correct the first time, poorly ran and would recommend not using them.:angry: :angry: :angry:

I have ordered from them three times and everytime there is something missing, I contact them and they make it right but they should get it right the first time. Once is understandable but three times. I should not have to go to the trouble of getting them to correct it.
 
Has anyone else used them? if so are they having problems also. I think I will stick to board sponsors, any recomendations?
 
Never talked to chem, always get a response from someone friends call the midget. I think Tom but not sure. I would like to continue to do business with them but I am under enough stress shouldn't have to worry every time I order from them.
 
Had something missing once and they replaced it quick. 3 times is a little much I can't blame you for wanting to look elsewhere.
 
You are right choke. I am sorry. Ready asked if anyone had trouble. I did. It was some time ago. Have not used since. Hate to see Bros having a hard time is all!

Damn Thump thats a hell of a first post. I believe there were problams some time ago in reference to discarded orders but that has been addressed. Problams with service should be adressed to Chem
 
shit, I haven't had any problems but I've only ordered from them twice.........

Seems to be more and more problems lately, and they're spreading across all of the boards.....don't know why they wouldn't have increased the focus around customer service by now
 
That is all I am saying, Got an e-mail from Tom, sorry bro missing items will be sent immediately, I have never heard from chem, heard that this Tom is running the show now maybe I am wrong, who knows just have been hearing bad things lately and haven't been too impressed with service. With all of the other places to order I would think you would try to make your site the best and wow them with customer service. Most place offer something as a (hey we screwed up, for the inconvenience take this for free as our apology) but no such offer has been made, that is just poor service, You need to outshine the other guys in any business and these guys aren't doing that!
 
the last order footballcat the kits only had about 10ml of oil gave 1/2cc in shoulder and shit was so strong it made me sore for a week, e-mailed them and they told me it was the correct amount of oil, dogcatcher and dpsquat didn't think that there was enough oil either. send me an e-mail with a good place to order if you don't mind.

I personally saw ready to grows last kit orders and it was a joke plain and simple!!! Hey Chem you should fix this!!!!! both orders were short something needed and this time he only got the filters and associated supplies to do one of his 4 kits !
 
just got a kit today 3 days to ship everything there as usual but anytime I have has a mistake with anyone they made good + extras even gps sent me some extra trinkets for a large order. I've never had problems with chem though not that it doesn't happen.
