This is Tom aka The Angry Dwarf, first I just want apologize for the bad experience one of our customers has had and shared with everyone who has read this post. Nothing he has said is untrue and mistakes do happen, unfortunately he is one of the customers it might appear I have a personal issue with due to repeated mistakes. This of course is not the case and I have no excuse for the screwups. For the record though we do express ship when necessary to help someone out on our dime usually resulting in a total loss of profit and will resend product if there are any problems. The USPS is pretty reliable but does lose packages from time to time. Now when it comes to items missing and such that's 100% on me, so please bear with me and I promise to correct any errrors. We do value your business and appreciate everyones patience. As far as who's running the show, it's all Chem I just pack the orders and reply to customer service emails which I try to do everyday 7 days a week by the end of the day.
not true. i personally know a supplier of kits and supplies. he's a class act. just because one source is having problems or becomes unreliable doesn't mean you can't trust anyone, or else where will you get your stuff?
