new blood work T levels 3542

so 2 weeks ago my test levels were 230's and i did 4 shots of 300mg of test and had blood work done again and total T levels came back 3542 thats over 3300 increase in 13 days is that even possible?

i get puffy nipples some times on my TRT dosage when my levels are between 600-800 and i havent taken an AI yet so is my body just absorbing all the testosterone i put in?

i was just taking 200mg a week on the first test and it came back 230's
