Evan Centopani trains chest with cutler and wears a sweatshirt for most the fucking workout, I mean cmon. This guy is the epitome of the gym douche bag. It seems like he sways his body a lot. I know he is doing a massive amount of weight, but shouldn't he have less movement before his contraction? I try to keep everything as stationary and strict as possible, but I mean if Jay does it, why shouldn't I?

By FAR a douche, this guy CAN'T have more than 14in arm. My arms are bigger unflexed than his are flexed with the pump he's getting. Dude is embarrassing.
