Got a new grill, this thing is a beast. Heated up to 600* in under 10 minutes. Wilmington Grill Cape Fear Classic. Broke it in last night with two delicious steaks for the wife and me. Bone in ribeye for the wife and Delmonico ribeye for me. Raw broccoli and risotto. Glass of red wine with dinner but some locally brewed Aviator Belgian Ale (9.2%) for afterwards. Pretty stoked, thought I'd share.
