I read that studies have been going on testing whether or not lactic acid is really what believed to be.... Because some studies suggest that its actually a fuel.
The most interesting thing I read about lactic acid is that Randy Couture actually has falling levels during aerobic exercise. That is pretty incredible especially for a 45 year old.
