What's up. I have been spending most of my time over at Fitnessgeared and Professional Muscle. I was sort of lured over to this board by Skip so that we could start discussing the "Shitload" concept of peaking for a bodybuilding concept: Speaking of which
I'm 33 and live in Los Angeles, CA. I've been bodybuilding for the past 15 years and competing for the past 6. I have won a couple of local NPC shows and competed in 2 National events.
I have a ton of knowledge in every area of the sport from AAS use, to training, dieting, and contest prep. The only thing that I have not really mastered is the final "Peak Week" and nailing on contest day. If I could, and maybe with Skip's help and the "Shitload" technique.,I have the build to be a top 10 placer at the USA.
I get up to about 265 lbs in the off-season at 5'9''. My contest weight is right at the cut-off mark between Heavy and SuperHeavy at 225 lbs
Skip and I are going to be doing a trial run of the "Shitload" in the next week, and then I will decide if I should use it for my 2 upcoming shows at the LA Championships and the USA in 4 weeks.
