Hi all! I am new to this forum. Hoping to gain as much knowledge as possible. 38y/o 5"4" 155lbs. Goal is to gain as much muscle and lose as much fat as I can. Thanks in advance for knowledge and experience shared!

What are you guy's perspective on females and AAS? I'm on my second cycle and planning to cut first of April. I welcome all views
 
Never. It was first time for me. The only guidance I got was from males. It was suggested to cycle for 6 weeks since it was my first time to see how my body responded to the compounds. The sides were minimal. My next cycle will definitely be longer.
 
I have stock piled info on most popular compounds females have used successfully. I have just over two weeks to lay out my cycle. I want to put on a little more mass
 
Welcome to MC, I agree with Presser, EQ takes a while to kick in. NPP, EQ and Var or winny are good hardening and cutting tools. However I would run EQ at least 10 weeks.

👌 gotcha. I will run next cycle at least 10 weeks then. Thanks guys for the input. Any suggestions on compounds to run are most welcome!!
 
Var, winny, Eq, NPP, Masteron, primo, clen..I really wouldn't recommend any others for women as they rest have harsh side effects for women.
the good thing is you can do low doses and get great results.
I have a female friend currently using this.
Var, winny, Clen and NPP.
She has leaned up and added a few lbs of muscle while still keeping that female physique.
NPP 75mgs, Every 3 rd day weeks 1-10
10mg winny day weeks 1-6
20mg Var day weeks 1-10
Clen 20mcgs divided into two doses a day for weeks 6-10
It has done very well for her.
