Hey guys, I would really like to get into this..."cycle" business.

But, I have a few problems:

I don't know what to get, what's safest and what actually goes together.

Can anyone help me get started? Like, a make me a little beginner chart and such? I would like it to focus more on gaining mass than anything else.

Bro you are prob going to get some pms now of "sources" dont trust them.you opened yourself up to be ripped off you might want to edit your post about the "where to get it". Just dont want anyone to get ripped off
 
do tons and tons of reading on here bro..there are lots of posts and guides to help you out...if you have any specific questions or need some real help PM any one of the reps or directors myself included and we can get you going in the right direction...we have a great board here and are happy to see you participationg

what are your goals?

how is your diet? this is the big one here bro. many people use AAS and look like shit simply because they eat like shit. simply put...you are what you eat. if you eat mass amounts of protien you will gain mass amounts of muscle, but if you just eat mass amounts of shit you will look like a massive amount of shit. like IP said, PLEASE pm any rep or director here for any questions you have THAT ARE NOT SOURCE RELATED...THIS IS THE ONE THING WE ASK...DO NOT ASK ANYTHING ABOUT SOURCES. good luck and thanks for editting your post, that was smart.
 
Can you link me to the guides cause I can't seem to find them.

I'm 18, 5'11, and weigh 185, and been working out for over a year now doing a 2 on, 1 off training split.

My goals are to bulk up and get some lean muscle.

My diet on the other hand, I would have to say isn't consistent, but I try to keep it high in clean foods. A lot of protein and fats. I try for atleast 6 meals a day, but with school and baseball, that gets a little..hard.

Well your 18 so steroid use wouldn't be smart PLUS you've only been training for a year and not seriously. So you are definitely NOT ready for steroids. You should be atleast 20 with 5 years of SERIOUS training under your belt before you touch steroids. And by serious i mean getting all of your meals in, eating all the right foods, never missing a workout, getting enough rest etc. You can still add lot's of size naturally. Suggested supplements are:

ZMA
Multi-vitamin
Glutamine
Creatine Ethyl Ester
Whey Protein
Meal Replacements
Hempseed oil

Think of it this way, let's say you DO use steroids right now, do you really think you could make the most of them? The answer is no, because steroids are not the most important factor in the equation, FOOD is. Food is the most anabolic thing you could possible take. Steroids without proper nutrition will do DICK for you. Just from the supplements listed above you could make fantasic gains. Post your dieting and training regimen for further help. Don't get discouraged, i know you were waiting for us all to say oh "HERE TAKE THIS< YOU"LL GET HUGE!", but the fact is you just aren't ready. Read some of the experiences of steroid use on www.anabolicsteroids.com, and see what happens when uneducated individuals use steroids, thats where the horror stories come from. I'm not trying to be hard on you I'm just trying to educate you.
 
little younfg bro'....just eat..spend several years learning and if you are still not growing then you should have learned enough by that time to make decisions on your own
