Hey everyone, friend of mine, "big worm" told me about this website, said i could get some good information from here. Well here are my stats, im 5"8, 145, 9-10 % b/f, 18 years old, and have done a cycle of test enthate and methyl-1 test, started to young, i know, im going nature, if though i might not be growing in height much more...so that sucks..anyways..im wanting to gain some weight, and without gear. Can someone let me know how many carbs, protien and so forth i should be taking in a day, i eat a lot, but it just never seems to be enough, so i need a good diet, and maybe some supps. Ive got protein and glutamine, and ive got my train on spot, so thats about all i need, any suggestions would be nice, thanks a lot! :wave:
