Hi all just signed up. I want to know if anyone can suggest something anything that isn't coffee or pre-workout that is like 500 coffees. My average day starts at 4:30 get to work at 5:15. work is very physical (drill and blast if that helps) finish work at 6:15 home by 6:45 shower hit the gym by 6:10 got to get it if there by 7:30 and run (like a bat out of hell) to get to the kitchen in time to get my steaks cooked before they close back to my room by 8:00 8:20 ish get ready for the next day(laundry getting lunch ready and stuff) talk to the family before bed in bed by about 9:00 9:30 probably asleep by 10:00 (body permitting) and repeat. One week day shift one week night shift. By the end of night shift even day shift I am wrecked I loose all motivation even fall asleep on lunch breaks is there anything out there that could help keep the energy levels up that isn't a change of work or cocaine lol pre workout I just get feel weird and sick in the guts and I have tried drinking coffee to the point my pee smells like coffee. So and suggestions would be great it has to be legal always doing AOD's at work.
