got a nicee size bruise on my left bicep...tryn to apply slin pin to outer bi for once never done it before was always unsure since thats where my major vein is on my bicep but gave it a go a little to the right of it....deff hit something cause my whole bicep twitched n shivered..blood came gushing out now im sitting with this nice sized bruise fukk.

u hit a nerve probably a large vein or artery too. What were u applying?

nothing to worry about just some internal bleeding due to breaking a large vessel and igf is safe to inject in vein etc. You should apply in heads of of the muscles avoid applying at random parts.
