whats ur stats what are you trying to acomplish. if you are at 7% bf trying to get to 4 for a show or something i wouldnt. but if you are just training hard and just needing a snack eat the fucker.
I think what the guys are trying to tell you is that eating before bed won't make you fat. Nutrient timing is of very little value. The deciding factor is always calories in vs calories out.
