I'm not training traps anymore at all. Kinda miss it as I was up to 315 for reps of 12 on shrugs. But I see why I have been "forbidden" to do it. A lot of females pro and non pros have huge traps, have two friends who are pros who have this. Very impressive in t shirts but it takes away from the shoulders on stage. I have a hard time sometimes changing the way that I have been doing things for so long but I guess I hire someone to help me and I have to follow what they tell me, especially if I have great respect for my trainer. Just sucks, always felt like a badass doing that kind of weight, although I did get 12 reps today with the stack on lat pulldowns so I guess I am still a badass, jk
