Ok I dont think im making results at schools Strength and Conditioning class but at the end of the year if Im not happy with the results I get , if any. Then I will just do my own routine that I did over the summer regardless of what the SC coaches tell me to do. Because I feel like im either having very little progress or no progress at all , or even getting weaker. Over the summer I was seeing good results and strength gains from doing what I was doing then.
