So I'm experimenting on a diet strategy with myself and a friend. I don't really cut or bulk and I always keep cals high, but I do adjust things from time to time to adjust for being tired (aka too little food) or blurry abs (most likely from too many cheat meals). So my newest strategy is just never wear a shirt except when I absolutely have to in public. No shirts in my house, running, if I'm training in my garage, basically anywhere I can get by without one. This way I am forced to look at myself all day and not just when I'm pumped or flexing or whatever.
My friend is a worthless tub of shit right now so he hates it but now he can't hide anymore behind clothes and I think it is motivating him. Either that or it's killing his self esteem and making him hate himself. I guess I'll find out which one it is in a couple months.
