NO2 supplement dosing

hey guys, i've never used any nitic oxide product before and the source who i got the no2 from is no longer around.....there's no dosing protocol on the bottles (i have 2 bottles)....they are 400mg caps.......

2 questions:

1. what is better to use it for bulking or cutting when i have low carbs and hard time maintaining pump? (i start my precomp diet for the mr wisconsin in january)

2. what is the dosing protocol for no2 caps (i haven't found anything consistent from googling it​

All the no2 stuff Ive ever used was otc. What are the actual ingredients in it? That may help. Im guessing alpha ketoglutartrate but let me hear what it says.

the ingredients is the big question now i guess.......i got these free as part of a board auction for a wheel chair for a member of OLM for some other items.....the source did "grey area" items and is no longer a source....i got these several months ago and didn't want to throw them away without at least trying them......

i know that I cant get a good pump if Im carb depleted, no matter what no2 product I use. so dont think any no2 product will replace the presence of glycogen for a pump.

I use NO Shotgun before workouts and get great pumps. But, it's a powder and has a blend of stuff in it.
