there is one highschool kid at the club i work at that supposably put 40lbs on his bench after starting that...but i think there was a little more going on than just that. he's about 5'11 and a very solid 215, i think he's even creeping up to about 220.
umm to answer your question, its like creatine most of them are the same, i used nitrogenx and had good results. however your money would be better spent on protein
I thank you for the reply. I already take Protein, Max Muscles High 5 which is a time realse of the five most common forms of protein. I also take creatine but probally not enough.
