Dennis Hopson trains at my gym and is a friend of mine. I can't critique physiques, but I've never seen him look better. I feel bad that he didn't get his pro card. When I saw he won his class I thought it was a wrap

you know bro, its funny in pics alone he would look like the winner. but then on stage you see flaws and you see where he is weak at...I had Dennis Hopson as the easy winner in that class...Even though Dennis prob only weighed in around 210-215 at 5-10 ish or so...and John is 5-6 around 220lbs on stage... but it all goes to show you that weight means nothing...its how your put together ...

Kidding aside, it is ridiculous how some of these people look at that age and I hear people complain at work how they are too old and wonder why they complain about pain and feeling shitty. Good for the winners.

Sherry Grey looks really good too, still very feminine look.

Esmeralda Saxenian and Debrah Lee, older women just drive me insane lol
