MK-677 at 25mg is a heavy hitter for your insulin receptors. If you want to stay lean while getting stronger, you need to manage your
fasting blood glucose. I’d highly recommend adding a high-purity GDA (Glucose Disposal Agent) like
Berberine or Na-R-ALA with your high-carb meals. This ensures the MK-677 drives nutrients into the muscle cells, not into visceral fat storage.
The 5/2 Protocol (The Veteran Secret):
Don’t run it 7 days a week. Use it
5 days on, 2 days off (weekends off). This prevents the desensitization of your ghrelin receptors. It keeps that "starving" appetite sharp every Monday and prevents the extreme lethargy that usually hits around week 4.
