Have any of you ever woke up 1 morning and just looked flat as shit????? I hate days like this. Seems like no matter what you eat, do, or whatever you still look like shit. Why the hell is that? Would it be a food thing or maybe dehydration?
I think those days/mornings its a combination of both. Time to hit 2 packs of oatmeal. The make big plate of your favorite spagetti and have a carb loading day with plenty of water. Carbs carry the water into the muscles. You'll be looking and feeling huge by the next day.
