When you're not on cycle, say your taking a 3 month, 6 month, or more break - what all do you take. Nothing that has to do with juice i.e. anti-e's and that stuff.

Creatine for about 3-4 weeks. After that your body's natural creatine starts to taper off. Take a multi-vitamin every day even on your cycle. Amino acids are good to take along with keeping your protein uptake to about 1.5g/lb. of body weight. I like taking zinc also, It keeps you test level up.
