If you could go back and give advice to your 20 year old self, what would you say? I think I would tell myself that I am very genetically limited and to look into gear much sooner. I just had the idea that anyone could get big if they worked hard enough and steroids were for people looking for shortcuts. If I had it to do over, I'd have started testosterone in my early 20's.

I'd tell myself not to get into fights so I don't tear my pec and also don't try to pick up a 600lb engine and tear a bicep.

I probably would say to take more care of my body.it's not invinceable to booze and all night partys, focus on the future for long term high paying employment .I dabbled in aas back in the day but was pricier and harder to obtain during the new laws pertaining it in he 80s I think. And lots what I did find were fake.. Also train mote wisely and keep flexibility and use protein powders etc .the supplement business boomed in the 90s and that helps the younger generation. Most important enjoy lifting . Best mood drug out there!

It would have been to stock up on all the good steroids so I didnt have to mess with all this UG bunk shit going around today.

Great points. I'd also tell myself to lay off the drinking so heavy. I think I killed too many valuable brain cells.

I know I'd certainly have started training and dieting a lot earlier so that things would be easier now

I would have told myself to take it easy on my knees. Also to stretch and warm up better!

i would tell my self- leave the fucking whore your with, she's gonna cheat on you. get a diffrent hair cut, diet hard and run your chucky ass off to lose all the fat you have, before even thinking of using any kind of supplements. try harder in school to graduate on time. and damn it boy carry yourself alittle better, talk with some deciency.

what a dumb ass i was. still so much to learn.

I would go back and tell myself quit wasting so much time and money

it really is true what they say, "youth is wasted on the young"

I'd tell my 20 yr old self to continue doing the stupid things I was doing. I learned from my mistakes and it made me who I am today...a happy SMART 31 yr old. Oh and I'd also tell myself to stock up on ghb for the 31 yr old who doesn't want to drink alcohol, but still wants to have a good time!!! Was fun while it lasted :upset:

Good thread!! I would tell myself "fucking eat, then eat some more!" but like silk said everything else i NEEDED to learn the hard way!
