Phil ... what to say !!! new to the pro stage, does he need to put his time in ...thats the question at hand... or can he clinch it in 2009. That being said, needs to widen out, but has sick muscle bellies.
Kai :needs more condition this time around, he ha to not play the mass game, makes him look to blockey
Dennis: a very eye pleasing physquie, one of a kind, but needs to bring chest and calfs up BAD
Your right who ever is on will win it..But I would put money that Dexter will be on, Phil will be on...Victor is a maybe, Jay is a maybe, Wolf is a big maybe, Kai probably will be on, but isnt as pleasing to the eye anymore...So who knows !!!???

This is going to be interesting to follow this year...
Dex was looking pretty damn good when we saw him in NYC a few weeks back. And being the current Mr. O, that places high expectations for him for this year...
Jay is definitely a beast and as we saw in his All Access DVD, the dude clearly lives, eats, breathes bodybuilding and has his heart deeply rooted in the sport. I think he's definitely still a strong contender, despite all the haters who think his time has passed... I don't think so!
Phil is awesome for coming in 3rd in his first Mr. O, but not sure it's his time yet...
Kai is working with Charles Glass... I'm curious to see how he brings it this year. I'm thinking he could be in the top 5!

I was thinking along the same lines as Chris250, Dex will probably win it.
I couldnt agree more, When he was standing next to Jay that night their was no comparison! The offseason dex is still sick looking where as Jay gets sloppy looking, i know that doesnt mean jack shit, but I was real surprised to see how much better Dexter looked then jay did that night

I think Cutler will show his best in a while. This is really his last shot at it in my opinion. I think he will go balls out, and do whatever necessary to come in shredded. He has all the experience, and the right connections, its comes down to his conditioning, as his size is purely massive. I also think politics play a big part in the "O", and the sport/judges like new up and comers that are going to be in it for a while, that being said, Heath and Green will place highly IMO. Martinez should be a top 4 placer, but it all comes down to the pre judging and who nails it, and comes in ultra dry, but muscles full, and vascularity helps a bit. Personally I admire Dex, for what he has accomplished, but I am not a big fan, for no particular reason. He has great symmetry, and comes in perfectly conditioned, but the larger guys are more appealing to me. I think it will be a great show, its been a while since we have seen this number of top level competitors in the "O". I am looking forward to it.
