damn I got this little plastic omelet maker at Walmart for like $2. wow it was sooooo much easier than trying to make them in a pan. All you do is whisk you eggs with water or milk, pour half in each side, cook in the microwave for a 3 minutes until it starts to set, then add your toppings, nuke until done.

I made a tasty hot sausage, pepper jack cheese, and mushroom omelet today.

if you like omelets pick one up, it sure beats trying to make them in a pan.

By the way, I would like to try one f those omlet makers. They seem like they work wonders. I've never had microwaved egg, is it just as good as pan made? Mmmm, pepperjack cheese.
