you have a bench warrant for not showing up. they won't come looking for you, but when you get pulled over for speeding or some shit they make you fork out the cash or go to jail. been there, done that. i'd call the court house anyway and they'll tell you that you automatically get a guilty conviction and a fine is imposed. open container shouldn't be too high.

Shouldn't be do much of a problem but I have to agree here. Don't just sit around on your ass. Call an attourney before calling the courthouse. Drive very carefully and don't do anything else wrong untill you get this fixed.

k, i called up there and there wasnt a warrant yet so they ended up giving me a new court date which was a relief
