Opinions on domestic versus international sources

Bump...

You hear about the dangers of international orders all the time but does anyone know anyone personally that ever got busted receiving a pack? It seems like the "worst" that happens is a seizure letter and if you dont chance it again you should be fine. I have heard some argue that your safer going international if your making personal orders than domestic because if your domestic source goes down LE would have a whole list of local addresses to possibly go after.

Its just an interesting debate...and i have a feeling there really is no "safest" way.

I got a seizure letter. about 3 years back. Not only did i get the letter- but i swear i had some dude sitting in a car outside my house. Every package i got for atleast a year was opened up, and resealed before it got to me. It wasnt like they where trying to hide it either. The boxes where turned inside out, or in one case, They dumped the contents out, put in a new box and just stuff the old box in.

I have no idea what was in that package, when i got the letter- i just didnt respond.....

you should have taken a shit and then stepped on your front porch and yelled at the guy sitting in his car, "HEY MAN, HEY!!!"
then when he looked over at you, wipe your ass with the seizure letter and then showed him the shit on the letter, Bobby Knight style:thumbsup:

Domestic gear

The worst thing about buying domestic is that the guy is using the name domestic gear in his web site name and he turns out to be a scammer. That really sucks. In my mind that is worse than being scammed by one of those Eastern European "suppliers". You think you have somebody you can trust here in the US and he ends up screwing you. I would rather take my chances with customs if you find someone you can trust.:angry:

it's a crap shoot however you spell it, best off going with someone that has been around for a while
