Yes. I accidentally made a mistake in the shipping address and for the past two days I have tried to contact them but have had no response through email, and the website customer support. My order is still "processing" after two days even though I asked for next day shipping, and am just worried that it will be shipped to the wrong address.

Your order was shipped express immediatly after it came in to the shipping address you provided us. The express tracking number was also posted in your store account shortly after the order was made.
 
Kind of. I went to the address it shipped and the man said he did not sign for it and they took it back to the post office. The post office returned it to sender, and i am waiting to here back from te to see if they got it, and will reship it. Before I found this out, they offered a 50% off my next order, which is very generous, but now knowing that it is going back to te I feel like it belongs to me. They have been very professional with the matter, and I don't have much doubt that they will do this.
