i just started taking primo 250s and i knew going in that i would have some nipple issues a and 3 weeks in wow do i.

i never had it this bad but is it too late to control with some L-dex

i takin 500mg a wk 1-10
400 deca a wk 1-10
30 mg dbol wk 1-6

does it make sense to take that 1/2 that dosage on sun and wed

I am assuming that by what you posted that you are gyno prone and that you knew that before you started the cycle that you were going to get gyno?

If so (not to flame you) why did you not add the liquidex or nolvadex into your cycle from the start?

The liquidex will help, as it will prevent the access test from aromatizing into estrogen. I would lower the dosage on the D's to 20 mgs and continue to monitor your nipple areas.

Are your nipple area puffy??? Hit the liquidex and lower your dosages until you get the gyno under control.

nolvadex will remedy the situation faster though in my opinion so look for some of that i would suggest, however ur gyno could be from the progesterone in this case im not sure the anti e's would help although they say even in progesteron related gyno estrogen still has to be present to give you tits, so in this case nolva would still be best bet,

same thing happened to me - I went on both - 25 arimidex and 10 nolva and it went away in 10 days.

all is good now.

if u are that prone to gyno I think u should drop the dbol, I'll bet even with 500mg test u'll still get it but the ancillaries will keep it under control. from now on use m1t instead of dbol it wont aromatize.

get on some b6 if you are not already for prolactin control - I noticed you are on deca.

also - remember your pct will not be effective till 3 to 4 weeks after your last shot of deca. so stop the deca about 4 weeks before you stop test and then you can start pct about 2 weeks after test and you will have gotten rid of most of t he progesterone. the progesteron will not be touched by pct and will keep you shut down.
