Im finding out with my body that the more I train a body part, the more it responds. So this whole over training thing, which I never liked any how, doesnt apply to me.

Lol ok and this under training I'm doing isn't working out for me lol

I don't belive in over training. I think of over training. Like cardio. The more you do the better condition you will be in.

LOL, everyone (mostly newbies) are so afraid of this they usually dont do enough. The more I work something the more it responds
but after a while you have to give it some rest to grow. You cant go months of 'overworking' with no rest. Just my experience. By
rest I mean a couple of days off that bodypart to let it grow.

I usually "over train" till I am just drained and everythings sore then I rest 1 day... then I am back at it. I have always recovered fast and the way I do my splits I can workout without days off depending on how well my diet/supplementation has been. I have hardly taken but a day or 2 off since starting MC IGF 6 weeks ago... I get depressed if I don'y go and at least do something.

I will also keep going every day if I can until my body says to take a day off. I like to go as many consecutive days as I can cus shit
comes up so when I cant hit the gym, thats my day off. Eating good is the key for me for progress. I love to eat clean and then
go on a crappy carb binge, pizza of some good fried crap. Enjoy the hell out of that and body sucks it up. lol
I think you need that every once in a while, mentally and physically.

My thoughts exactly... Pretty much how I roll minus I eat dirty a little more often then I eat clean lol It's IHOP man... they suck me in some mornings

I don't believe in the overtraining crap myself, I do get tired but that's because between all of lifes demands I cant rest enough. If I can nap a few times a week I could train 7 days a week I am sure.

Everyone is different. Its not the muscles that need the rest its the nervous system. Age is determining factor too. Im over 50 and ill tell you right now things change, but I enjoy getting older. I would not want to be young again.

There's only under eating and under resting.

agree. pretty simple. Every one (the newbies) tries or thinks its so complicated. It is really simple, It just aint easy. Thats why
'normal' people give up or dont make progress. Who says "every one wants to get big but nobody wants to lift heavy ass weight"?? lol
(or something close to that)
