seriously how many of us over juice? i know i have in the past. i have read posts that if you add up the dosages beetween different test compounds that some are takeing in way over a thousand mg of test a week. does this realy benfit? i am not knocking anyone i have gone to 1000mg of sust a week in the past but for me it seems my gains were better at 500 to 750 range. what is everyones best dose?
 
It really depends on how long you have been doing cycles.
You get to a certain saturation point and even with diet and good juice gains are minimal.
I have been off and on for 20+ years, so my dosages are pretty high for offseason- they border 2g total.
For precontest, I don't get anywhere near that because its not about building but refining - in addition to the other ancillaries that are in play as well.
IMHO, it is where dosages start getting high that things like IGF and HGH should be considered...

Hector, I think its diff for everyone, and what you goal of each cycle is. Personally I like 1000 to 1500mg of test a week on bulkers, and 500 to 750mg when trying not to hold too much water. It also depends what is stacked with it. I have found that higher levels of test works good for me, when stacked with Trenbolone or Deca, but I lower the mg of Test with high amounts of EQ or Winstrol. Most is trial and error, and you have to acess your body and see what is working.

some good points here. As cycles continue through the years, gains seem to slightly diminish, so inturn, the doses go up! Im like JC, in terms of responding to higher amounts... in everything (alcohol, drugs,gear, etc)
 
I would take a 2-3 mo break and then switch cycles (sust, cyp, etc and even make ur own-just watch fer those night sweats) All I'm saying is switch up, just like a workout routine.
 
Even on low amounts of gear, you'll reach that saturation point as MMX2 put it so sometimes you have to blitz with a larger amount. Whether you're building or refining makes the difference.
 
I can say this. I went 3.5 years between cycles and ran 350mgs of prop and had good results. I know it gave me tons of time to clear out but like mmx said I think its about saturation. I think as well everyone is different. I probably make gains like some guys naturally on that amount of gear just because my metabolism sucks. Hypothyroidism sucks by the way.
 
well I can tell you guys this, for my next offseason it will be simple. I have learned alot over the past months and bulking is best when made simple. Here is what my next offseason cycle will look like.

GH 8+ i.u.'s a day
IGF 30 - 50 mcg a day
Test- will sart with 1500mg a week and adjust from there
Dbol - will through in some here and there through out the offseason

If I cant get good gains off of that, then i will find another hobby. lol
 
10/4- makes sense to allow the body time to change up and not to develop a tolerance to any one thing in particular
 
What I have learned for my body that it works best is doing this ---

750 mg - 1000 mg long acting test (wk)
300-400 mg deca or Eq (wk)
4 iu's GH (ED)

thats it for offseason, I might throw in a oral like d-bol at 30-50 mg per day..But for the most part I'll do that for 10-12 weeks then back down to a HRT dose (200mg wk) for 4-6 weeks, then blast back up again
