There is a little bit of truth to what they claim about p-gh, but I don't think everyone responds to it, and I'm under the belief that they are touting some clinical data that probably showed results, but in real practice doesn't work for the normal guy. One of the components of p-gh is GABA which has been shown in cases to elevate growth hormone by itself, I can't remember the exact study, but it involved dwarfism in children with Downs syndrome.
