UPDATE, well I've been eating jars of peanut butter mixed with olive oil , whey shakes, lots of eggwhites, spaghetti with about 10 homemade Swedish meatballs ect. and I'm still loosing weight, getting more tone just not the hard core bulk I'm wanting.
oh I might also add I'm taking sus 250 at 750-500Mg a week and Fina daily, so now I'm going have to get ruthless I got a few whinny tabs to munch on pre-workout and I have started Slin to hopefully pack on the meat. Just started this Monday so I will keep all of you informed on how it works out.
first week of slin will look like this,
day1: 5iu's post workout
day2: 6iu's post workout
day3: 7iu's post workout
day4: 8iu's post workout
day5: 9iu's post workout
day6: 10iu's post workout
day7: same as day 6
Everything else will stay the same and I'll see it my pounds go up a couple.
