Packing on some meat for winter?

lol you know pitfull is a realative word i mean i wouldn't call a guy thats 230 pitifull at least not if he's with hearing distance :p
 
Yeah I know but I live in texas near Ronnie Colman's Gym and after seeing that monster it really modivates you to take full advantage of your genetics.

lol that guy is massive i don't know if i'll ever get to be that big since i don't juice ,i've seen him when he came here to canada to a BB meet he was a guest not a competetor and i at 200Lbs at the time looked a like a 12 year old standing next to him .
do u know which gym he work out at ?have you ever been to it ?
 
Yeah I've been to his Gym, the last time I was there everything was destroyed, all the bars were broken and the weights were duct taped together the benches had the bolts ripped out of the concreate floor. You can definately tell he works out hard as hell
 
i wonder if they would let you work out at the same time as he i wouldn't lift shit thouhg just watch him while he does :p
 
I used to have bad acne when I was younger but now even on juice I only get a cople of zits every once in a while.

frankly I dont give a damm if it does give me zits as long as I get the desired effect. :D

I think i grew out of it also this past cycle only got a few zits before i would break out if i was a hundred feet of a bottle of test.
 
UPDATE, well I've been eating jars of peanut butter mixed with olive oil , whey shakes, lots of eggwhites, spaghetti with about 10 homemade Swedish meatballs ect. and I'm still loosing weight, getting more tone just not the hard core bulk I'm wanting.
oh I might also add I'm taking sus 250 at 750-500Mg a week and Fina daily, so now I'm going have to get ruthless I got a few whinny tabs to munch on pre-workout and I have started Slin to hopefully pack on the meat. Just started this Monday so I will keep all of you informed on how it works out.
first week of slin will look like this,

day1: 5iu's post workout
day2: 6iu's post workout
day3: 7iu's post workout
day4: 8iu's post workout
day5: 9iu's post workout
day6: 10iu's post workout
day7: same as day 6

Everything else will stay the same and I'll see it my pounds go up a couple.
