Lets all please stop throwing out body fat %, when 99% of them are wrong. First off, it is really hard to get it the first place. No hand held device nor pinching in 3 or 4 spots and coming up with a number is going to be even close. Or just becase you can see your top two abs when you pull down on your skin, does not mean your around 10% or lower.
