Everyone was talking about how close it is BEFORE prejudging. It was leaked out how Kai was looking but I think it was planned so it could start a stir. Personally I think Phil will win but it is going to be damn close. Moving to Farrah was the best thing Kai did and this proves it.

Phil Health once again....pretty awsome ...he looked great...

but Kia was very, very close to beating him...He was rock hard, and come down in weight to get that crazy conditioning...

It was pretty insane to see them next to each other and the comparison. It was an even better interview, choked me up for sure. I liked hat Kai came in smaller, he looked so much more pleasing.

I was happy to see Dexter still being consistent and man Shawn Roden looked good..
