Pill cutter alternatives!

What else can I use besides buying a pill cutter from a site.....like maybe something around the house I can use?

grip the pill lightly with the end of a pair of sharp scissors, where you want the cut to be. hold the scissors against the table and tap lightly above the pill with a spoon or whatever. It'll crack right in half.
You can also use wire cutters

no don't use scissors .....use a knife and press down slowly make sure not to shoot both halves across the room....try it on a vitamin first.......I've done this for years

TAP on the back of the knife with something. Then the halves won't fly away, and you won't cut the table.
I have also done this for years. used to use an x-acto knife and got great results, then got lazy and switched to scissors.
The trick is the tapping, otherwise you'll never find the pieces
I bet a box cutter blade works great too.

lol..I am always afraid my gear will fly off the counter! and then my dog will find it ... little manchester terrier...jacked on some dbol LOL...seriously I am very careful for that reason..I may rethink where I cut my clen when I need to cut it...

But I just use a knife..and have cupped my hand over the knife and over the pill..never had a problem.

Hey brother I just got done doing some 50 MG D's and had to break em up to take thru the day... Best way to cut em was toe nail cutters... Works the best, trust me!
