I'm pretty sure its an estrogen blocker but not a good product.There's much better supplements on the market.If its 5 years old since expired I'd throw it away.
even if it isnt all that bad of a product id give it the boot 5 years is a long time im sure all the molecules are broke down and useless by now id get yourself some better stuff. just my opinion
